🕗 8:00 a.m. – Hotel Pickup in Iquitos
Our team will pick you up directly from your hotel in Iquitos. After a short briefing, you’ll begin your Amazon adventure heading south toward the town of Nauta.
🚐 8:15 a.m. – Overland Transfer to Nauta (approx. 1h 30 min)
Enjoy a scenic drive in a comfortable, air-conditioned van along the Iquitos–Nauta highway. During the ride, your guide will share insights about the region’s geography, history, and local life.
🛶 9:45 a.m. – Boat Transfer to the Yarapa River
Upon arrival in Nauta, you’ll board a motorized boat and travel along the Ucayali River until reaching the Yarapa River, a tributary that winds through the heart of a pristine communal reserve. Along the way, enjoy panoramic views of the encounter of Ucayali river and the Marañon river and the opportunity to spot wildlife on the riverbanks.
